Pros: It came in the mail, great advertisement for being a when it does not!
Weaknesses: Will not jam (scramble) any radar or lazer signal that it advertises. The company is a fraud for stating “you won’t get caught because you can’t be seen by radar”. Just a lie period.
(Edited April 01st by dapper) I paid only 207 for the unit before the price went up. I tested this unit with randum sherrif’s as I saw them on the side of the road. It was werid to ask them to clock me, but I was only wondering if they could. The whole time I drove toward them, starting 1 mile away, they had a speed. This is not what the Radar tells you. They can’t even provide test results to prove there claim. Avoid passive jammers for they don’t work. I lost 15% for restocking fee on returning the unit. Get a X50 or the Bel RX55 or .

Great radar detector

Pros: 1.4 miles out detected KA
Weaknesses: ?
I really don’t know about the part, however I know that it has great range for picking up radar. I’ve waited 2 months to post a review. I wanted to make sure that I made an honest assessment of the RMR. It’s a great unit and the features are very user friendly. The manual is a small 4 page manual that is simple to read, unlike the my son got. He gets a lot of false readings with his radar detector, unlike the RMR there are only a few. I usually only go 5 miles over the posted speed limit, usually. Remember that a radar detector is only good when the police have their radar on, so always be observant. Check your rear view mirror often and scan ahead. If all else fails you can play chase the rabbit, which means to find a driver that is speeding and keep up with him allowing about 100 feet so you will be able to slow down soon enough when your radar detector starts to go off.
